Terms and conditions:

• Booking of 4 nights minimum  and 7 nights minimum in July / August

• Pets are not allowed in the apartment

• The apartment is strictly non-smoking

• Parties are prohibited inside the apartment or on the terrace. You are asked to respect the neighborhood at all times.

• The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 people (+1 baby under 2 years old)

• Arrivals are between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., departures between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

• The apartment cleaning fee of € 80 will automatically be added to your booking amount.

• A deposit of 600 € will be requested at the time of key collection and returned at the end of the departure visit.
